Richard Rogers currently serves as a Board Member of the Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System (LACERS). Elected to the Board on July 1, 2003, his current term expires on June 30, 2008.

Elected to the Board in July of 2003, Mr. Rogers is an Investment Officer with the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension System, where he analyzes and reviews the investment of domestic and international stocks, bonds, real estate, alternatives, and cash. He has a background in investment management and administration with the City’s Fire and Police Pension System, which, like LACERS, is a multibillion-dollar public pension plan.

Mr. Rogers graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a degree in History, and later earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the California State University, San Bernardino.
