SUBJECT: External CPA Auditor - Request
for Proposal
Dear Responder:
The Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement
System (LACERS) is seeking proposals from certified public
accountancy firms for annual financial audit services
with the intention of entering into a three-year contract.
Your complete proposal must be received
by LACERS no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
on Thursday, March 31, 2005. Proposals received past
the deadline and/or proposals that are incomplete or
do not meet the minimum standards will be automatically
disqualified.
Please download the RFP and the required
forms/documents from the LACERS website, complete, and
submit with your hard copy proposal the LACERS Affirmative
Action, Vendor Child Care, Child Support questionnaires,
and American Disabilities Statement. Proposal without
these completed forms/documents will be considered non-responsive,
and may not be considered for contract.
All interested firms should submit a
response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) with six
hard copies and a disk in Microsoft Word format. Additional
information may be requested at any time from bidding
organizations, and addenda to the RFP may be issued at
any time during the bid process.
