Recently appointed to Administrative Services Division Manager, Li Hsi has served as Retirement Services Division Manager and Fiscal Management Division Manager during his tenure at LACERS since July of 1998.  He has held accounting, auditing, and system positions in a number of City departments. Prior to joining LACERS, he was a Fiscal System Specialist in the Controller's Office providing system support to the Retirement and Pension systems and the City's Payroll system.

Mr. Hsi earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the National Taiwan University and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Akron at Akron, Ohio.
