Mimi Lin joined LACERS in May of 2003 as a Sr. Management Analyst II in the Health Benefits Administration Division. She is currently LACERS Senior Health Benefits Administrator.

Since 1987, she has held various personnel and administrative positions in a number of City departments. Prior to joining LACERS, she was a Personnel Analyst and Sr. Personnel Analyst in the City's Personnel Department and a Departmental Personnel Officer for Cultural Affairs. As a Sr. Management Analyst for the Bureau of Street Lighting, she served as the Bureau Personnel Officer and the Director's Staff Assistant in negotiating the Bureau's Citywide $3.5 million telecommunication contract and annual budget coordinating and planning.

Ms. Lin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration - Finance from the University of Southern California.
