Ferralyn Sneed Joined LACERS in 2006 as a Senior Management Analyst II.  As Assistant Division Manager in Retirement Services, Ms. Sneed is responsible for the administration of benefits to LACERS Members, including Service Retirements, Disability Retirements, Survivor Benefits, Legal Processing, Performance Review and Refunds and Input.

Ms. Sneed joined the City in 1988.  Before her tenure at LACERS, Ms. Sneed was a Senior Administrative Analyst with the City Administrative Office (CAO) where she worked in the Municipal Facilities Group.  Prior to the CAO she worked in the Housing Department, Personnel Department and the Community Development Department.

Ms. Sneed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California at Los Angeles and a certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
