New Assistant General Manager Appointed

Sally Choi has been appointed as the new Assistant General Manager of LACERS and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Ms. Choi has been with the City since 1992. She last worked at the Employee Relations Division of the City Administrative Office (CAO) as a lead negotiator of MOUs for high profile and diverse employee organizations and retirement-related issues and benefits.

Ms. Choi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and is currently working on her MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
