LACERS Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) Commendation

For the seventh year in a row, LACERS has received the prestigious Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2005. The Certificate is awarded by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) to government agencies that demonstrate excellence in the preparation of a comprehensive annual financial report that meets the GFOA's high standards and reflects their ideal of a "spirit of full disclosure."
