Form 1099-R

LACERS will be mailing the annual “Distribution From Pensions, Annuities, Retirement, etc.” statement (IRS Form 1099-R) by the end of January 2006. Federal law requires mailing of the statement by January 31st of each year. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not received your 1099-R after February 14th. Regenerating a 1099-R takes a few working days to process.
