Re: Active Non-U.S. Equities Developed Markets Manager Search
The Board of Administration of the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System, an $11.4 billion public pension fund, seeks at least three qualified investment management firms to actively manage Non-U.S. Equities Core, Growth, and Value Developed Markets mandates utilizing either MSCI EAFE or World ex-U.S. Markets style index as the mandate benchmark along with an object of outperforming the benchmark by 100 basis points (net-of-fees), annualized over a full market cycle (approximately 3 – 5 years)
