QUESTIONS AND ADDENDA

All communications regarding this Request for Proposals shall be directed in writing to the RFP Administrator listed above. Written communications may be made via email, facsimile, U.S. Mail or delivery service. Any proposer communicating with the City of Los Angeles staff other than the RFP Administrator may be disqualified, and their Proposal declared non-responsive.
