If you received notice that you were approved to participate in the ERIP, LACERS will send you a personal invitation to attend one of the following seminars before your retirement effective date.

Late-Career Planning for Retirement Seminar
This four-hour seminar is designed help members learn more about their retirement benefits, retiree health benefits, survivor benefits and more.  To accommodate those members that will be retiring under ERIP, we have recently added a new section on the ERIP retirement process. 

Lunchtime Lecture on the ERIP Retirement Process
This seminar is intended for members retiring under the ERIP who have attended a Planning for Retirement seminar within the last two years.  This one-hour presentation focuses on what you can expect from the ERIP Retirement Process.
