Join us for (2) Fitness 5K Hike-Walk-Run events facilitated by Sean Foy, taking place on Wednesday, April 29th , from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Lacy Park in San Marino, located at 1485 Virginia Rd. San Marino, CA 91108. A light snack, bottled water, and a boxed to-go lunch will be provided. Be sure to dress in comfortable attire, bring your towel and sunscreen, and wear supportive shoes for walking &/or running. Space is limited for this event. Register now!

SIP & PAINT EDUCATIONAL EVENT

LACERS Well and the Foundation for Senior Services will facilitate an educational “Sip and Paint” event at the Friendship Auditorium, 3201 Riverside Dr., Los Angeles on Thursday June 4th at 11:00am.
Join us for a relaxing and engaging Sip & Paint workshop, where art meets wellness! This event is designed to promote brain health, reduce stress, and encourage creative expression. No artistic experience needed — just bring your curiosity and willingness to have fun. All materials are provided, and light refreshments will be served.

Summer Zumba Dance Class

This summer, LACERS Well is hosting a Zumba Dance Class!
Zumba is a fun filled calorie burning movement that
incorporates latin/international music and dance that is perfect

The Empowered Caregiver Series
presented by the Alzheimer's Association
The Alzheimer’s Association is a nationwide not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. This educational series teaches caregivers how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia. Caregivers are encouraged to register to attend. The Foundation for Senior Services, a 501(c) (3) public
charity, has partnered with the LACERS Well Team to facilitate
monthly webinars that provide educational resources focusing on
the mental and physical well-being of our retired
Members.
Each webinar will be facilitated by a vetted Certified
Specialist with experience in the areas of mental health,
organization and aging well.

Back to Basics Technology Workshop
