CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ELECTION TO REMAIN IN LACERS

The deadline to submit a Transfer Election Form for the Measure FF Transfer Program was Friday, January 9, 2026. The Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System (LACERS) did not receive a Transfer Election Form from you.

Accordingly, your membership, service credit, member contributions, and associated employer contributions will remain with LACERS. You will not have a future opportunity to transfer to Tier 6 of the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions (LAFPP) through the Measure FF Transfer Program.

If there has been an error and you submitted a Transfer Election Form in which you elected to transfer to LAFPP Tier 6, please contact LACERS as soon as possible by calling: 1-800-779-8328.
