As 2025 draws to a close, LACERS extends our deepest gratitude to you—our wonderful Members. It is our honor to serve you both during and after your City career. We wish you and your loved ones a joyful, peaceful, and bright holiday season filled with warmth, connection, and celebration.

LACERS UPCOMING WINTER HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

In observance of the upcoming holidays, please be aware of the following changes to LACERS’ services. We thank you for your understanding and wish you a joyful holiday season!  

The LACERS Front Desk and 800 Phone Line will be unavailable on the following dates: 

  • December 24, 26, 29, 30, 31, and January 2

During these times, Members may still reach us via: lacers.services@lacers.org, and voicemail messages will be monitored and responded to as soon as possible. 

LACERS will be completely closed, and all services will be unavailable on: 

  • December 25 
  • January 1
