Thomas Moutes was Sworn In
Newly elected Commissioner Thomas Moutes was sworn in for a
five-year term beginning July 1, 2025. Mr. Moutes was elected to
the Board by Retired Members, with 52.31% of the votes cast in
his favor during the runoff election on May 23, 2025.
