REMINDER: If you are satisfied with your current health benefit coverage, you DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ACTION. Your current health benefit coverage choice will automatically continue for 2022, except Anthem Life and Health Medicare Supplement plan members. The new Anthem Medicare Preferred (PPO) Plan will replace the Anthem Life and Health Medicare Supplement plan. Consult the health benefits package for further details.
