Performance Budget Reports

Since 2019, LACERS has been reporting on a performance-based budgeting approach. LACERS’ Performance Budget Report highlights the organization’s initiatives or programs and the allocation of resources for those initiatives and programs that contribute to achieving LACERS’ Strategic Plan goals, thereby establishing the proposed Administrative Budget for the fiscal year.

Business Plan Initiative Reports

Every fiscal year, LACERS establishes Business Plan Initiatives (BPI) that seek to achieve LACERS’ Strategic Plan goals or long-term vision. Progress of these BPIs is reported semi-annually and annually.
