Dental Plan Benefits RFP
Proposal Submittal Deadline: April 12, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. PST
LACERS is seeking proposals from qualified organizations with in-depth knowledge and expertise in providing fully insured and self-insured dental benefits for LACERS’ eligible Retired Members, Survivors (e.g., surviving spouse/domestic partner), and Dependents. The contract has a term limit of three years, and will be awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
A virtual conference will be held on March 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM PST to provide information regarding RFP/City requirements and answer questions from prospective proposers. A link to the conference will be sent to potential bidders who submit Exhibit A (“Intent to Bid…”) as directed in the RFP.
