Open Enrollment is October 15 – November 17, 2025
LACERS will accept applications for health plan changes, addition of eligible dependents, and new enrollments from October 15, 2025, to November 17, 2025. Changes made during this period will become effective on January 1, 2026. If you do not wish to make changes, no action is required; your current LACERS health coverage will continue for the 2026 plan year.
