Please join us for the SilverSneakers 101 Webinar. The SilverSneakers team will share all of the tools and resources included in your SilverSneakers benefit to help you stay active, connected and improve your overall well-being!

During this virtual event, you will receive a guided tour of the SilverSneakers Member Portal and step-by-step tutorial on how to access the programming and resources available to help you get started! The tutorial will cover:

- Accessing your account on SilverSneakers.com
- Location Finder
- On-Demand Videos, LIVE classes and Workshops
- The Happiness Effect Workshop
- Articles, newsletter content, and more
- SilverSneakers GO Fitness App
- Tuition Rewards
As a LACERS member, SilverSneakers is a free program included with your Anthem, SCAN and UHC plans (Kaiser offers similar programs called Active&Fit and Silver&Fit). The SilverSneakers program includes free gym membership to participating gyms and at home and online resources are also available. Click here for the SilverSneakers Member Portal tutorial.
The Zoom meeting will last for one hour, including time for questions from the audience.
