Coping with Loss, Isolation and Grief – December 7th from 10:00 a.m – 11:30 a.m.

Coping is not enough to respond to these major upsets in life’s journey, and there is no one size fits all that works for everyone.  Join spiritual counselor, Carol Pilkington, to discover ways to move through the grief process and learn various coping mechanisms to help gain control and perspective over your emotions and feelings.  During this interactive webinar, you will have an opportunity to share your unique responses and gain insights from others going through similar experiences.  Grief is not a lifetime sentence, and learning to embrace and find meaning in our losses is important to being happy, healthy, and joyful in a new way to bring renewed fulfillment into your life.

Carol Pilkington is a spiritual counselor and ORDM, and combines over 30 years of spiritual practice and training to assist those that are living in a state of anxiety, stress and grief.  She works with individuals and families that are struggling with loss and isolation to help them become aware of their grief so they can move through and beyond it to live with more energy and joy.
