A Quick Start Guide to Your SilverSneakers Benefit
Please join us for the SilverSneakers Webinar taking place on Tuesday, August 15 from 9am-10am, PST. As a LACERS member, SilverSneakers is a free program included with your Anthem, SCAN and UHC plans (Kaiser offers a similar programs called Active&Fit and Silver&Fit). The SilverSneakers program includes free gym membership to participating gyms and at-home and online resources are also available. The SilverSneakers team will share all of the tools and resources included in your SilverSneakers benefit to help you stay active, and connected and improve your overall well-being! All are invited to attend this informative webinar.
During this virtual event, you will receive a guided tour of the SilverSneakers Member Portal and step-by-step tutorial on how to access the programming and resources available to help you get started! The tutorial will cover:

The Zoom meeting will last for one hour, including time for questions from the audience. Log into your MyLACERS account to register for this webinar. Once registered, you can expect to receive Zoom information at least one day prior to the scheduled webinar.
