Tai Chi: Balance Your Body, Balance Your Life

Discover how gentle, flowing Tai Chi movements can strengthen your body, steady your balance, and calm your mind in this 5-session class, designed especially for retirees. You’ll learn balance moves to help prevent falls, along with simple building blocks, and mind-body skills that support confidence and ease in everyday life. No experience needed—just come as you are and move at your own pace.

These classes will be held at two different locations: Arroyo Seco Regional Library on Tuesday, April 7th, 14th, and 21st from 10 am to 11:30 am, and at the J. Thomas Harbor City, Community Park at 24901 Frampton Ave, on Tuesday, May 19th, and on May 26th at the Harbor Gateway Library from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
